一、报名条件

8.6、比赛的第1-4局中，每局另外有1次时间为30秒钟的技术暂停，设在比赛进行到每当领先队达到12分的时候自动执行。决胜局(第五局)没有技术暂停，只有每队可以请求的、时间为30秒钟的一次正常暂停。

8.7、局间休息：所有局间休息均为40秒钟。

8.8、后排自由防守队员的替换不记在该队的换人次数之内，而且没有次数限制，但两次体替换之间必须经完整的比赛过程(伤、病或判罚造成的位置轮转除外)，替换他的队员必须是由他替换出场的队员。

海南省自20xx年正式设立赛区。海南国际文化学院成功承办了中央电视台20xx年度“希望之星”英语风采大赛海南赛区选拔赛，大赛开办期间受到了海南省留学服务中心、海南省教育研究培训院和海口市教育研究培训院、海南中学的大力支持，全省数万人参加比赛，各分赛区所在城市的电视台、报纸等媒体对大赛的情况进行了跟踪报道。由于组织严谨、操作规范，全国大赛组委会授予海南赛区最佳组织奖。
